Even though we have much knowledge of what is healthy food, this does not automatically result in a healthy lifestyle. Our behavior as consumers is more complex than a response to information. Our biological make up, personal preferences and the environment that we live in define what we eat. Could we design a healthy lifestyle and, if so what do we need do achieve this? Which are the drivers and barriers to do so?
